This is the proposed framework for a Trezur Bag limited lifetime warranty. The final legal terms should be approved before checkout goes live.
Built for use, not display.
The intended policy is simple: for as long as the original purchaser owns the bag, covered failures of the sewn bag would be repaired when practical or replaced with the same or a comparable Trezur Bag if repair is not practical.
Replaceable accessory hardware—including the carabiner—would not receive the same lifetime coverage, though replacement hardware may be available.
Accessory carabiners supplied with Trezur Bag are for attaching the bag to clothing, belts, packs or similar everyday carry points only.

What would be covered?
Manufacturing defects or functional failures of the bag itself under ordinary intended use, subject to the final published warranty terms.
What would not be covered?
Normal cosmetic wear, loss, theft, intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized alteration, animal damage, fire or use outside the product’s intended collecting/carrying purpose.
Is the carabiner covered for life?
No. The current plan is to treat the carabiner and similar replaceable hardware separately from the sewn bag.
Is this policy final?
